Titanium is the other material that has gained entry in to jewell industry. Very recently the people have started using the rings and bands made up of titanium. The reason for this that these wedding bands are affordable, durable and have attractive grey color.

Recently they are using tungston carbide with gold and platinum and make wonderful wedding bands. Nickle silver wedding bands are also available , but they are very costly. Still rich people prefer wedding bands made up of nickle silver as it a symbol of status..
The preference of people differ not only in metal in which the wedding band is made but also the pattern, style and fashion of the wedding band. The most popular pattern is plain gold wedding band.

The people who are in medical profession and people for whom cleanliness is very important prefer plain gold band as it can be kept very clean all the time. In general females prefer narrow wedding bands as it suits their narrow finger while the men like to wear broad wedding bands.
